Is there a working @WalletConnect implementation in Python?
@fubuloubu @WalletConnect What’s the use-case? If it’s intended to run on the user’s frontend we already have Javascript, Swift and Kotlin clients But if it’s intended to run for deployment scripts like Brownie then it would definitely be good
@pedrouid @WalletConnect The latter, plus quick and dirty sites written in Flask and Django
@fubuloubu @pedrouid @WalletConnect Someone come collect this boomer
@gregthegreek @fubuloubu @WalletConnect Ahah let's get @owocki while we are it and we can have a Javascript vs Python fight
@pedrouid @gregthegreek @fubuloubu @WalletConnect ``` function do_i_have_good_taste(fav_lang){ if (fav_lang == 'python'){ return true; } else { // user is a NPC - send them down // a stack too deep until they segfault return do_i_have_good_taste(fav_lang); } } ```
@owocki @gregthegreek @fubuloubu @WalletConnect Python's snake_case is just the worst! If that's good taste then I rather not have it...
@owocki @gregthegreek @fubuloubu @WalletConnect and don't get me started on "elif" 😅 how much time has actually been save by not typing two characters and how much time has been lost trying to understand what "elif" means
@pedrouid @owocki @gregthegreek @fubuloubu @WalletConnect hey hey hey ... don't you dare say something bad about #python!! 🐍We #python people stand together against the foreign aggression of ... whatever language you guys use.
@LefterisJP @pedrouid @owocki @gregthegreek @fubuloubu @WalletConnect hellllll yeah excuse us for liking the most universally flexible and quietly sensible of the major programming languages #PythonRules
