Plane shaming in times of Covid. @wizzair and social distancing. Non-existent on boarding, and de boarding the entire plane gets up at same time and pushes to front. Cabin crew don’t even announce deplaning by row. Need to improvements here. CRL-KIV 3 Jan @wizzair

For an idea of how slow many EU airlines are at refunds, here is the status of my refund for cancelled May flights by @tapairportugal booked through an OTA called Mytrip. 7 months and counting for these refunds to come through. #EU 261 reg states refund should be within 7 days

Renew MEPs asking Commission to clarify airlines’ obligations and stop misleading Coronavirus announcements on their websites. Airlines need more time to process, but passengers must keep right to get their refund in cash @saimsaeed847 @joshposaner

In Europe, if your flight is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of your ticket price. Some airlines are not informing passengers about this, so today a group of MEPs incl @OKovarikMEP wrote to the @EU_Commission to make sure airlines make clear your rights under EU law.
