Had a convo with some folks and realize I run my companies way diff 💼 Most brag about $80k months but spend $30k+ on ads to get it. I spend $500/mo, pull in $150k+ a year, and keep my margins fat. Shoutout to the folks doing $50k months off referrals alone - the quiet killers.

Just launched V1 VA training and got incredible feedback from the 1st trainee. She shit on a lot of it. It showed me how much room there is to improve. Committed to making V2 that much better for a newbie. Stay learning and growing.. V2 will be smarter & allow faster training.

🚀 Expansion time 😏 The Miami team now covers the entire East Coast corridor of South & Central Florida (15 counties!) The Atlanta team added Cherokee, Henry, Douglas, Fayette, & Rockdale (10 counties). So literally ALL of Metro ATL. Hiring now in all new areas.

Looking @ our Stripe & damn Xmas time hit us w/ 8 disputes in MIA so Stripe froze 50% of our funds 8 months later, still frozen but the dispute rate down from 1.8% → 0.9%. Almost at the .75% threshold All good - Stripe balance higher than ever We’ll eat when the time is right

Last week OpenPhone went down. We couldn’t reach cleaners or customers & a client left a fraud review. We followed SOP, but I had to get on the phone, offered a free clean. She updated the review the next day. Not our fault—but we owned it 🤷🏾‍♂️ Generosity > ego
