@citizentvkenya @MakenaMwita_ come see your colleagues
@citizentvkenya Seems some MPs passed the Finance Act without reading it. I wonder what else they've passed to the detriment of their voters and all Citizens alike.
@citizentvkenya Ati farmers to have e-tims eeih my lawd!!
@citizentvkenya These two MPs from Gatanga and Kandara are masters of doublespeak. I am not sure if it is because they are new to parliament? Is it simply ignorance? These are the members of parliament who have failed the Kenya Kwanza administration.
@citizentvkenya @Asamoh_ They are just voting machines
@citizentvkenya The problem of a @NAssemblyKE with many members having useless researchers & they themselves clueless about the bills they pass..the worst parliament in history.
@citizentvkenya At least magufuli understood what farmers go through....
@citizentvkenya This garbage politics, they were in parliament when the finance act was passed and they knew it. The farmer is not TAXED if he consumes more that a quarter of his farm produce/income My take is farmers should only pay -NSSF for their old age sustenance -NHIF for treatment
@citizentvkenya Uncontestable facts: 2010 Constitution of Kenya gave Parliamentarians(Yes, you got right) powers to: 1. Determine and set taxation; 2. Allocate and authorize budget and public expenditure; 3. Legislate and authorize Executive to borrow; 4. Exercise oversight on tax spending.
