Our interpretation of a delicious lunch we partook of in St Martin, southern France. Crispy tender pink duck with coleslaw, matchstick cucumber, orange slice, red pepper, apple slice marinated, cherry tomatoes, mango& salsa with mini chips - it was good! @DiscoverIreland
