There's almost 100 days left in the year. This is perfect🙇🏾‍♀️ Treatment is ending soon(weighed monthly). The referral for day treatment will take months if I did go that route. And I feel very gross in my body so yeah...I'm gonna try to see what progress I can make in 100 days🤷🏾‍♀️

I'm also trying to quit nic and yesterday was 24 hours without it so the 🤮 could have been caused by that? But I'll just blame the seafood I ate last night.

Update from my last apmt my iron is up from 40s to the 100s, my vitamin D is up from 20s to the 100s as well and my fertility went up(?). No diet changes and I've been maintaining so I'm assuming it's from actually taking my vitamins daily? But the invalid feeling is there 🥲

It's 1pm but today's plan is to: ♡snack on fruits until dinner (2 eggs if needed) ♡20 mins of pilates ♡1 mile run ♡No food after 9pm (fruits or veg only if hungry)
