There I go trying to be a good dad and use the tsunami news as a chance to learn about waves. Genius me thought, waves? Let’s do it at bath time. Now everyone is very knowledgeable about waves and I’m learning all about the mop.
I’m guessing folks in Hawaii are a little skeptical about the tsunami alert after that infamous false nuclear missile warning in 2019. When you work in emergency management, you really have to be on your A-game.
It’s going to take approximately four hours for the tsunami to reach Hawaii. My God, the Earth is massive.
Terrible joke given the circumstances, but my favorite prank to play on telemarketers is giving ridiculous phonetic spellings like “T as in Tsunami.”
