Got my last minute, post retail hell first of the month exhausted audition recorded. Did a little post processing and submitted it... Then I realized that I forgot to cut off the opening dead air... Ugggghhhhhhh

Does anyone have any advice on making your own sample reels? I'm not sure if I am ready for full demo reels, but I really want to have something to submit for open auditions and for my website. I'm just very tight budget wise, so I don't know if I can afford to get any made
