Surprised to see an entrepreneur so young on my field visit to UP West met Bharat Chaudhary, Director of Bharat Digital Network Pvt. Ltd, who signed agreement with #BBNL to provide broadband services using #BharatNet in 94 blocks of UP West. I wish him success in his endeavor.
