Because in the metaphysical sense, nothing in reality is random. Every experience especially the painful ones comes as a mirror, showing you where you were weak, unconscious, or still asleep. When someone “breaks” you, what’s really happening is the collapse of an old self. That collapse feels like death, but it’s only death of illusions. The universe doesn’t destroy you it strips you. What remains is the essence the part of you that cannot be broken. From there, you rebuild not from ego, but from alignment. That’s why the wound becomes a teacher. The betrayal becomes alchemy. The “breaking” becomes initiation. They didn’t break you—they were used by the universe to wake you up
