Visited @DandelionChoco for the first time yesterday night and the smell was heavenly. Dandelion is a little piece of paradise on earth. Walked out with a bag of chocolates and I am already looking forward to the next visit. Now I just need another excuse to visit San Francisco.

Today’s chocolate. Looking forward to learning how to properly describe the wonderful experience from ecole chocolat. Great sharp snap, beautiful sheen with no blemishes, dark fruity flavor with an slight raisin hint of flavor at the finish.

It’s been eight years since I tried a Godiva. I had high hopes for this one. Too bad it didn’t impress. I couldn’t even finish it. I’ll wait another few years to try again.

I’m looking forward to tasting my first chocolate from Puerto Rico. These were found in Aguadilla, P.R by my dad. Should be here by early next week. I’ll post about the taste then. I’m told the packaging is a tin. The trees were bred by folks at the Univ of Mayagüez,P.R
