what do you work on when youre still gaining traction? I spend a lot of time on product, but without the customer interest to follow it feels I am sort of just wasting my time a bit. Recently I have spent more and more time customer acquisition, but the process is just quite slow when you are focused on B2C. Especially during the summer months
