I believe women engineers should be interviewed by women engineers. Not only this may prevent conscious and unconscious bias but it also shows that a company a) has women engineers and b) they are trusted to make decisions who can join the company #WomenWhoCode #womenintech

@code_adventurer I think both, men and women, should be interviewed by both, especially when there are several interviewers or several rounds of tech interviews.
