@code_everett Idk man, you don’t look very strong or stable in your legs, core, balance, arms, or back. I think you need a new program
@code_everett They are all nice. And there is a big BUT! To perform most of these exercises, you need to go to gym or have weights available. Although you can get into great shape with basic old school calisthenics.
