@code_kartik no training no food 4 hours before going to sleep and stick to one exact time for week and see if fits the hardest for me was to find what is the best time of the day to go to sleeps so it would work
@code_kartik Wake up at the same time every day and get sunlight first thing. It resets your body clock quickly.
@code_kartik > Reduce light intensity and no phone atleast 45 mins before sleep > Little to No caffeine after 3 PM > Read a book if you want or journal > 10K steps > Train your body to sleep in a schedule like 10 to 6. After a time, your body will get used to it.
@code_kartik throw your phone out of the window at around 10pm
@code_kartik Do some physical activity in the evening to tire yourself out so you will be sleepy early.
@code_kartik - set an alarm for 30 minutes before your sleep time - put your phone away - lie down in bed - read a book stay consistent with the timings.
@code_kartik Don't sleep for 2 days straight and have no caffeine as well.
@code_kartik Wake up at 6am and you’ll feel naturally tired at 11pm
@code_kartik Close all devices at 10.30 pm Set an alarm for 6.30 am Stretch a little Lie in bed and dream a fictional fantasy story
@code_kartik The problem isn't the sleep schedule, it's procrastination. Whole day's tasks get accumulated by the nighttime. Use apps like "Dear Me" to list daily tasks and aim to complete them before 6 PM. With only meals left after 6 PM, you'll sleep better.
@code_kartik take 5mg/10mg melatonin 3 hours before your ideal sleeping time done, one dose fixes it forever (unless you mess it up again)
@code_kartik Ditch sleep during the daytime and eventually u’ll sleep at night on time Tadaaa fixed
@code_kartik Skip one nights sleep, sleep the next day. Sleep only at 11 pm wake up at 7am with an alarm.
@code_kartik Don't focus on setting your sleep time. Focus on waking up early and DON'T EVEN TAKE A POWER NAP during the day. Do this for 3 days straight like: Day 1: 8AM Day 2: 7AM DAY 3: 6AM (customize this as per your wish but make it early than the prev day) This worked for me.
@code_kartik Main to aaj 5 bje subh soya no schedule fixing only kartik maxxingg
@code_kartik Well all the light intensity and alarm to sleep thing aside Work out with high intensity Good diet Try not to nap close to when you will actually sleep Try zma+ 1 tablet before bed it helps with sleep quality
@code_kartik Get to the bed same time and wake up. Hard for a week or two the your body adjusts
@code_kartik don’t brainstorm or code before 3hrs of sleep otherwise you’ll end up fixing bug, adding new features or finding a new millionaire idea
