@AppleSupport I’ve gone through 3 service visits for a persistent hardware issue in my iPhone 16 Pro (buzzing sound during calls when haptics are on). Video attached comparing it with iPhone 16 Pro Max. Case ID: 102563922336. Please escalate this—still unresolved.

Service centre staff acknowledged the issue multiple times, and I’ve submitted the device three times. The logic board was even replaced once, yet the issue still persists. It’s mentally exhausting at this point. I’m simply requesting a fair resolution or a replacement device.
