For Android users: there is an alternate store to install free and open source apps. This is free from Google's control. Check it out - f-droid.org.

Google wants to decide what applications users can use. Today they have deleted Element. Element is an end-to-end, distributed chat client for matrix protocol. The problem for big companies is that they cannot see user chats over matrix.

A news paper in Rajasthan - @PatrikaNews has already and very irresponsibly printed a news that no doctor (from SMS Hospital, Jaipur) has come forward for vaccination. Creating fear among commons. Covid-19 Vaccination in India is starting on 16th January.

As per the new terms and conditions, it will be mandatory to accept that #WhatsApp be allowed to share data with Facebook. I don't think, I'll keep this app on phone now.
