It's been 3 days since the Kaspa Testnet-10 Crescendo HF. At this point, TN10 has fully and successfully transitioned to 10BPS, confirming that the transition logic is sound including IBD and post pruning behavior (which takes longer to verify).
At this point TN10 is expected to behave similarly to TN11, which is known to be stable for a year now. TN10 also includes tighter regulation for transient storage (KIP13) and preserves a commitment to transaction acceptance ordering (KIP15, important for L2s).
@coderofstuff_ Amazing work! Your dedication to this project shows! This is revolutionary, and we are all so proud of your contributions!! 💯👍
@coderofstuff_ cant stop looking at this ! what an amazing work ))
Great job to all of you guys. I had a question about the transition logic. Is there re-use of this transition logic for when the decision made to go to higher bps? Or, is logic fundamentally different? Trying to understand how much this aspect (the transition part) has now been de-risked though the team's current success.
@coderofstuff_ The work you guys do is phenomenal. 🫶
@coderofstuff_ Yet... people seem to be acting as if this testnet was to slow it down to 10 seconds per block... sigh
@coderofstuff_ This is simply awesome!
@coderofstuff_ Amazing work to the @kaspacurrency dev team 👏 🙌
@coderofstuff_ Would be made 100 BPS on TN10 in the future?
@coderofstuff_ 恭喜kas做到了可升级世界计算机的行列,但是目前的tps已经能够满足网络需求,而升级增加的出块速度会造成tokeng十倍于现在的发行率吗
