Day 61: today power cut from morning till 4, inverter died midway . Couldn’t do much. Watched approach for Valid Palindrome — realized my earlier solution was overcomplicated. Tried coding new idea, got WA multiple times, but after tweaks finally AC ✅.
Day 59: finished 6 eps of Namaste JS 🚀. Tried Longest Common Prefix — passed samples, then TLE, then edge cases slapped me 😅. Fixed string bounds, tracked min length, and finally got AC. Took longer than 50 mins, but glad I solved it on my own.@akshaymarch7
Day 58: learned form events & event object in DOM. Solved largest odd number in string — bigint failed, fixed with reverse scan. From tomorrow starting Namaste JS before React. Goal: finish both in 2 months + 50min daily DSA. Let's see how far I can learn in next 2 months.
Day 57: built a Rock-Paper-Scissors game with JS (DSA mindset helped to break it into small tasks). Wrote it on my own → checked solution → refactored messy code into clean code. Tried Largest Odd Number in String on LC, passed samples but failed on bigInt. Will retry tomorrow.
Day 56: didn’t get much done today bcoz of house work. Just watched solution for valid palindrome — logic was same as mine, but I had written it messy. Cleaned it up to look crisp.
Day 55: played with CSS grid (simple layout). Tried Valid Palindrome no extra space — first 447/487 passed, then 481… finally AC 😮💨 felt good not giving up. Will watch solution video tmrw.
Day 54: practiced CSS Grid with CSS Garden game. Tried solving Valid Palindrome without using extra space, couldn’t figure out an approach — will give it another shot tomorrow.
Day 53: Learned CSS Grid. Solved Valid Palindrome with a new approach by filtering while looping, building from both ends, then checking. (Forgot to post yesterday)
Day 52:
Built a counter app (assignment).
Solved Valid Palindrome problem without looking at any solution/approach.
Used a brute force method with 3 loops:
1. Remove non-alphanumeric characters.
2. Convert all characters to lowercase.
3. Reverse the string to compare.
