Discomfort is required in life Do you agree?
@codingbeary yes, but there is productive discomfort and discomfort that causes damage. knowing the difference is the key.
@codingbeary This reminds me of that old breath-mint commercial. "Can you breathe without a Tic-Tac? Of course! But I wouldn't recommend it." All you have to do is meet one person who has never been uncomfortable in life, and all will become clear.
@codingbeary I think it has been scientifically proven that people learn the best when they don't like something so I agree.
@codingbeary Absolutely. But in small enough doses. Where limitations there is creativity.
@codingbeary Discomfort is automatic, where you decide to experience it makes the difference imo
@codingbeary Agree, you have to get comfortable being uncomfortable whether that's with starting a company at 19, 20, etc., or engaging in a crowd that has no idea what you're talking about.
@codingbeary If you make it as confort zone it works
@codingbeary 100%. Check out the book "The Comfort Crisis" which explores this in depth.
@codingbeary I agree! One my manager used to tell me, "be comfortable with being uncomfortable"
@codingbeary first, you're cute😊(I don't usually say this tho).. And of course discomfort is a necessity because it teaches you - you don't learn anything when you're comfortable. moreso, if you don't experience discomfort you'd never value when you comfortable.
@codingbeary This seems to be the case for growth. Finding yourself being content is frightening.
