What do you think about technical interviews that use algorithms and brain teasers? Do you prefer a take home project instead?

@codingcoach_io I have strong opinions about this, but short answer: I totally prefer take home projects, it takes the stress and anxiety of being watched and judged by some one 😉
@codingcoach_io Technical algorithmy nerdy interviews never a good measurement of skills. You could memorize sort binary tree in reverse and nail that interview Also you could search google for it in 45 seconds. After all 65% of our job as devs is searching stack overflow.
@codingcoach_io Yes. Ideally paid, but even if not, I’d rather spend 2 to 4 hours, in a comfortable environment, working with the tools I use daily.
