@codingmickey We tried a slightly different approach with the last company we built. We encouraged people to intern with us for a month(paid). That allowed us to check their coding skills, adaptability with team etc. Candidates would also understand us better. And if serious, we made an offer

@codingmickey Go for real work we do! 😀 most of the companies already have a code base, where one learn,understand the design pattern and business. And then starts contributing. So, as long as one can cope and be willing to go for it, it would be right fit
