Quelle anomalie de🌡️pour un été décennal, cinquantennal, centennal dans une🇫🇷a +4°? L'ordre de grandeur est +7°, +8° & +9°C respectivement! C'est par rapport à ces valeurs-là qu'il faut dimensionner adaptation, gestion des risques&crises. Derrière 4°🇫🇷 se cache cette réalité! 21/

Il est possible que 2023 soit une année de prise de conscience massive des problèmes que posent le changement climatique. Canicule en cours en Espagne/Maroc, Asie. Sécheresse entre autre en France. El Niño risque d'accentuer certains effets.
