14 hour flight to Bangkok, zero sleep (threaders), first things first, gym. Zero excuses. 3 miles, 21.41. not bad. 4 mins warm up 4 mins warm down, total time 29.41 🤙🏼

5k under 21 minutes. I have ran 5k almost everyday to get my time down. Mega happy with that time. Next goal. Under 20 🤙🏼🏃

I wanted to do a steady 10k run this morning, but with the jet lag, I overslept, and I am meant to meet the team for a "day out." Instead of rapping (giving up), I did a "fast" 5k. No excuses. Get at it!

After a 13.5-hour flight to Singapore, and 2 hours at customs (FML), I still managed a workout 25 min walk Level 4 and up to 6 Calories burned 121 (listened to Tate/Tucker. 5k level 14.2 in 21.22 minutes Calories burned 372 5k level 12.6 in 23.43 mins calories burned 367
