If it was me I would file a chargeback with my CC company against complexcon. Reason being VIP didn't get what they paid for. Also the fact that they didn't have a VIP lounge as stated under the ticket listing should be enough to win the chargeback case.

Who witnessed individuals finesse ADA wristbands to gain entrance?
@ComplexCon where is the VIP Lounge located? Nobody can find it.

VIPs got in at the same time as early admission GA, the VIP area for concerts was in the back behind the entire crowd, and you let GA in ahead of VIP for the live taping of FSR. I will never attend again.
@ComplexCon if you're going to this event make sure to buy general admission. You will be able to sneak in with VIP! Thanks for the pins and food/drink vouchers. Only difference between VIP and GA
