posts like these remind me that a lot of y’all are functionally illiterate
the director of an mv with an AI DIRECTOR listed in the credits is defending the use of gen ai as a legitimate art form and thousands of y’all think this is them denying using it
@computercart .... I'm begging ppl to learn how to read, like did we read the same post????? He's so blatantly defending AI, which means they did fucking use it in the mv. Like come on ppl
@computercart the text is GPT generated - explicit use of parallelisms ('X – not Y') ✅ - structured as assertion->parallelism->tagline ✅ - em dash ✅ (sorry but at this point anyone who reviews writing can attest to this indicating AI use, made stronger by the presence of other indicators)
@computercart This is no longer Ai allegation this is ai evidence 😭
@computercart I’m wondering how this was misinterpreted in the first place… we’re doomed
@computercart mad about the allegations or owning them proudly 🤣🤣🤣
@computercart like he’s OBVIOUSLY confirming the use of ai if anything???
@computercart Genuinely reading the comments was pissing me off bc they’re being EXTRA slow while thinking they’re hella smart 😭
@computercart Ikr he is not mad about the ai he is mad that people are not appreciating the ai in the mv
@computercart If your not in the art community you dont understand. Artists can use Ai but you have to state that you use it, and it can't be i typed in a prompt and that's it. Ai is to help an artist but it shouldn't be the finished product which is what the director is saying.
@computercart hell he even wrote that with AI
@computercart Even the fucking text looks ai generated bruhhhhhhh
@computercart you guys realize he literally showed him sculpting everything from hand in the video right….. lol
@computercart People saying how can this be misunderstood, while I just skipped over ‘AI’ multiple times, and was confused as to why people were calling them illiterate
“We have tacitly abandoned certain public spaces to the most disordered and depraved among us because enforcing the law feels mean and makes us uncomfortable,” writes @katrosenfield.
