I see @VerizonSupport updated call filter app but none of the filter options provide what would be most useful - carrier origin block. 100% from this "Neutral Tandem" have been scams but I get legit calls from unpredictable numbers so I can't do prefix/contact block.

And leave a message isn't an option when I'm getting a call for something like two-factor authentication or teleconference bridge because those won't leave a message.
