Hey @JagexAsh! In August 2004, ~150 monsters had their combat levels changed, seemingly because there was a bug in the level calculation. Bit of a long shot, but d'you have any idea what this bug was? I've tried to find a formula for the old levels, but it resists analysis...

hey @JagexAsh, do you have any recollection of what the (chronologically) first-released instance in RuneScape was? I'm thinking something mid 2005, but it's hard to pin down. some candidates: Monkey Madness, Garden of Tranq, DT, Icthlarin's Helper, your bank robbery cutscene..?

Preliminary estimates for Nex style bonuses, off 270k crowdsourced hits, w/ accuracy rates for BIS setups: - Ranged roll ~69k (~35% tbow, ~33% zcb w/o spec) - Stab roll ~29k (~57% rapier) - Crush roll ~33k (~56% inq. mace) [low sample] May be off by 5% or more. Caveat emptor...

Preliminary drop rate estimates for Nex, after today's changes: - Uniques 1/55 to 1/60 per kill (25-30% less than before) - Blood essence ~1/70 per person (~half as common as before) - Other misc. loot rates seem to have changed a bit Take with a grain of salt – only ~12k kills.

Hey @JagexAsh! Would you be able to shed some light on what price is used when an item is "sunk" from the Grand Exchange? Is it just whatever price the player offered to sell it at? Wondering if that could explain this oddity: old.reddit.com/r/2007scape/co…

Hey @JagexAsh! I remember you used to post a lot of the system update/patch note-y things on RSOF in 2005-06ish. Is there any hope that some version of those posts still survive (even just locally), or did they get gobbled up by the page-50-monster?

Hi @JagexAsh! Do you have any recollection of someone in 2004 developing an ingame birthday event (maybe for Andrew?) We found some amusing b-day assets that seem to have been bundled at the same time as Throne of Miscellania, which would roughly match the date.

Hey @JagexAsh! If it's not too tough, would you be able to characterize what the effects of the Ardougne diary on ZMI runes? We always thought it was about a 15% boost to all runes, but after further testing it seems to be more like 23%, unevenly. Thanks!

Hey @JagexAsh! Could you possibly confirm what the (regular) crystal chest roll is out of? We have it as /116 but I'm a bit skeptical because that would make it the *only* drop table from RSC that isn't /128. Thanks!

Hey @JagexAsh! We're taking a look at the Wise Old Man's tasks for the wiki. I know it's been 14 years, but: 1) Are we right to think that there's two "tiers" of items he can ask for, which changes reward qty 2) Does frequency of prayer XP reward depend on prayer level? Thanks!
