The 8 days delay is only post the package received at Amazons end.....else it is 11 days in total. Also the package was not delivered by your delivery partner......So it was always in the custody of Amazon and not a return product.

@sh0kunin @avalara @GoDaddy Hi Aman.....Please don't say helping customers. Your Customer Service quality is pathetic......simple issues not getting resolved for over 5 days......Backend team not able to resolve (ATS-174832) and your Grievance team doesn't even take a basic step to respond to the customers.

@DRSAgarwal You seem good only for short haul shiftings. See the feedback on twitter for long distance ones including mine which is still to leave even the originating station even after 4 days despite door to door container booking.
