Beets on sale at costco! But another point: I spent 30 min at the gym for an awesome Pilates class, probably 1 he at costco then another 1 hr to get home to unload and prepare a healthy preservative free lunch - point is it takes a lot of time!! Take your time back! no shortcuts.

Egg roll in a bowl, every other week lots of veggies, ground turkey, and an onion all in one pan. Wok here may be nice :)
