After over over two intense months, our preprint on Sars-CoV-2 antibody testing is out. We measure antibody binding based on Immunofluorescence, using high-throughput microscopy and image analysis to make the approach scalable. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

We show that our automated analysis method is more specific than ELISA serology tests (though some caveats about the sample size apply!). In addition, all results can be manually evaluated to further investigate positive hits.
