Refund Credit Notes cannot be forced on customers. Under the terms of the Package Travel Regulations, you have the right to a cash refund within 14 days of cancellation. Credit notes shouldn't be sent to those requesting cash as a strategy to delay payments. #RefundPassengers

@AlpineElements @Ocean_Elements have ‘kindly offered’ to let me apply for my money back from 31st January !! Our holiday was paid in full as required weeks age, OE cancelled our July holiday only last week and now they expect my family & I to wait 6 months for our hard earned cash 👎🏽

Now I must wait until 2021 to potentially see any money back - dreadful company, dreadful communication. Director James Hardiman where are you? Update us please.....
