Friday was our hook day where we launched our new themes for the term ‘Can I switch it on?’ And ‘Robot Rampage.’ We held an ultraviolet party in the sensory den. We made t shirts, wore white and neon and had fun with glow sticks.
Last week in Enfys and Haulwen classes we learned all about recycling. We made crowns from old cardboard boxes for our Queen Elizabeth display. @EcoSchoolsWales #recycling #greenflagschool
Today at Craig Y Parc we are celebrating ‘Jeans For Genes Day.’ Some of our pupils have donated to this very worthy cause.
We’ve had a lovely morning playing games in Haulwen class and being inventive with our Jenga set. Great fun indeed!
One of our pupils in Haulwen class has been recording her growing experience. As you can see she has had great success so far.

Enfys class have kick started the term with our theme Wriggle and Crawl. Today we planted flower and vegetable seeds and made labels.
Summer Term begins. Our teachers have planned exciting things to develop our skills. Our focus for the term is science and technology and our themes for the term are ‘Wriggle and Crawl’ and Why don’t snakes have legs? Green fingers and bug searching in plenty! Watch this space!

❤️❤️❤️Happy Valentines Day from all of us at Craig y Parc. Enfys and Haulwen classes have had a day of ❤️’s and made ❤️ shaped shortbread biscuits which we sold for £1 a bag, made fingerprint heart cards and drawn hearts independently and cut them out for cards too.❤️❤️❤️
