Hey @duolingo how about extending my streak when I’m in the country where they speak the language I’m learning on duolingo even if I don’t use the app?

. @LettuceGrowtfp lack of phone support is inexcusable for company selling expensive consumer product. Whenever theres issue takes days 2 get email reply. A lot of complaints about this online. Id like to keep the framstnd but without better support it will end up on sidewalk.

. @Baratza I have 2 of your grinders & hv recommended to others in part bc of great customer service. Now both grinders not working and cant get figured out. Email only support with days btwn msgs does not work.

. @Baratza your customer service, which used to be a strong point, is anything but timely. no phone support. Email response is slow. My grinder doesnt work and I can't get consistent enough support to get it to work.

. @bluebottleroast you need to improve the service at your nyc cafe on broadway. Consistently slow and inattentive. I go to the cafe less often because of it.

Mr. @elonmusk , I had a clearly labeled parody account thag the subject of the parody, who was both greatly deserving of parody and someone who couldn’t take a joke, got banned bc he knew one of drivers of the clown car. How do I get the PARODY acct reinstated? 🙏

. @BlueShieldCA u have messed up processing on all three of my newborn baby’s pediatric billing claims. Have spent hours getting each claim processed correctly. Problem keeps reoccurring. Waste of my/BS customer service time. Who do I speak to to get it fixed once and for all?

$ @billcom - your customer service is as slow and unhelpful as your payments. You are holding my money. You dont have phone support and chat function is worthless. How do I find out when I am getting my money?

Hey @LaColombeCoffee I ❤️ your shop on Lafayette (bigger one) in NYC. But, two out of last three days placed my order, paid, waited, waited, waited, and no action on order. Two orders each time and nothing.
