@UPRERAofficial यूनीबेरा डेवलपर्स pvt ltd में पिछले ११ साल से धक्के खिला रहे है पैसा भी दे रखा है लेकिन अभी तक फ्लैट नही मिला rera बिल्डर के खिलाफ कोई एक्शन नहीं लेरहा है जबकि rera ने सेक्शन ८के अंतर्गत बिल्डर को उसके कहनपर दोबारा बनाने की इजाजत दी उस के कहने के अनुसार दिसंबर २०२२ फ्लैट देने है

We initiated Sec 8, they again won't listen to us and kept giving more and more time to builder without any forcing any accountability. They just function for the sake of it.
