Just don't know how to react but even basic services like master data etc is not functioning during these period. All #MCA will say is that there was huge load so it was justified 🙏 #CSTwitter

MGT-14 vide SRN F56512387 filed on V2. Form still under process, after visiting ROC we understand form is not visible to any ROC officers on V3 portal (V2-V3 transition) and yet not approved. PAS3 will be stuck - FO_20230213517948, FO_20230220548499 @MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3

MCA21 needs significant overhaul, intention of V3 would be ideal but doesn't look so when working on it. How can corporates wait to take decisions for tech issues in eform submission? Penalties hve substantially increased under the garb of #easeofdoingbusiness How to solve this??

We are working as if there is no extensions but the way website is working, it is getting really difficult for us to complete filing. I hope if #MCA is willing to #extend_due_date it should be done before #Diwali, fix the website so that we don't end up wasting time #CSTwitter

Please don't #ExtendDueDate or waive Additional Fees, just give us working portal and let us ensure that we file forms within due dates. These extension of #DueDates are hurting us more than helping us. #MCA #CSTwitter
