Fantastic news! NICE has approved trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) for use on the Cancer Drugs Fund. This is for patients with HER2 positive secondary breast cancer after 1 or more prior anti-HER2 treatments.

🙋‍♀️Nearly a week into a horrid case of #covid despite all my jabs, but never having had it before - how are cases being tracked? I've only see where to report a case if you used an NHS lateral-flow, not one bought privately.

I'm proud to have trained as a #nurse & continue to work with nurses in the the yrs since I decided to lapse my registration. Nursing is an incredible profession but can be SO tough - nurses need appropriate support, recognition, resources & compensation 💜 #fairpayfornursing
