DOWNTIME EXPLAINED (2/2): The email went to a folder and not seen by our team. We had 48-hours to comply, and we didn't. The server provider cut off our primary server which caused everything to go down. Getting everything back required alot of manual work by our team. That's it!

DOWNTIME EXPLAINED (1/2): There's been some discussion as to why our services went down today, so let me explain. The problem was mostly human error. Someone filed a spam report against one of our offshore servers. When this happens we receive an email with the details.
