how i look after relapsing yet once again
here are some of my reasons to recover :) i want to add more to my list so if u have any pls lmk! <3
gloomy weather calls for a big warm bowl of oats 😌 don’t know how many calories are in these oats but its okay bc i know it’s going to give me the energy i need for the day :) i’m still learning how to not view food as just calories but i know i’ll get there one day
been eating at maintenance calories for about a month now so i wanted to share some of the foods i’ve eaten. eating at maintenance calories has been the best choice i made for my mental health honestly + surprisingly i’ve been losing while eating more.
i’ve been baking more with my sister so be ready to see more baking posts on this account! here’s some lotus biscoff brownies we baked yesterday, it was so fun to make!!
just weighed myself after eating at maintenance calories for a month now and i lost weight 😳 idk what type of sorcery this is but i’m not complaining
forgot to post this yesterday but i made homemade banana bread with my sister for thanksgiving. i just had to post it, it’s literally so beautiful
going to delete all social media from my phone so i can focus on being more productive bc i’m a lazy piece of shit rn! i will be back soon :)
according to the bmi calculator i’m apparently “very severely underweight” but i don’t even feel like that yet 🫠
