نصيحة: إذا واجهتك الضغوطات، وجاءت إليك الوساوس مقبلة غير مدبرة، وزادت عليك الشكوك سواء في العبادة أو في العلاقات البشرية، فاكبح نفسك عن المواصلة في حبل الأفكار، واحجم خواطرك وسيرها إلى أمر مفيد ونافع وجاد، واحذر من المواصلة مع الوساوس والخواطر الرديئة، فهي حبل مسموم إذا استمر.

بعض الناس ينتظر محطة في حياته، ويظنها إذا أتت، أتت السعادة معها، وكانت حياته بعدها في أفضل حال وأحسن مقام! وهذا محال، وجهل في حقيقة الحياة، لأن الحياة مهما زانت وطابت، فلا راحة معها، ولا سعادة مستمرة خلفها، كبدية المذاق، سيئة المقام، والراحة فيها=بعدم اكْبارها وتفخيم مستقبلها.
