PSA If someone doesn't answer your call on one medium e.g. WhatsApp Voice Call, please don't try call them on another medium, e.g. normal voice call. There is a reason they didn't answer, calling again doesn't change it.

My second attempt at Home Affairs after @Leon_Schreib and his dept took my last R140 for nothing, and 6 months of emailing helped nothing. And of course the DHA staff aren't even here yet and the doors opened at 9am.

Nothing like emailing @Leon_Schreib and @HomeAffairsSA as well as the @Our_DA emails to try get some sort of response and getting total silence. But come voting time, every DA Cllr around is asking me to come assist them with stuff. Cool cool cool, I'll remember that.

I am enough of a citizen to vote. I am enough of a citizen to pay taxes. I am enough of a citizen to own a company and pay VAT. But I am not enough of a citizen to get an ID card, that I successfully applied and have PAID for. @Leon_Schreib @HomeAffairsSA @Our_DA

So, one is expected to email @HomeAffairsSA to beg them to let you get a Smart ID (which I have already paid for smart done most of the application). But not a single response in two weeks. What's it called when you take money but don't fulfill the service @Leon_Schreib ?
