As a young SGT I had a PLT SGT tell me if I wasn’t part of the solution, I was part of the problem. I didn’t like him but I kept that lesson with me to this day #goodleaders #badleaders 🤷🏽‍♂️

#ThoughtForTheDay Be satisfied with where you’re at. You were put there for a reason and sometimes the soldiers need you more than you need the promotion. Take care of soldiers and the rest will follow #leader #authenticleadership @USArmy

I spoke at Ft Gregg Adams as the guest speaker for 88N Class 25-003. It was great. Day 1, 3-mile run, followed by recognizing soldiers with a BN Coin. My speech emphasized that their careers will have ups and downs, steady the course and everything will work out fine #army
