Debt is not bad. It’s how you use it. Going into debt to buy hookers and blow is not the same as taking a student loan debt to get a STEM degree. Or buying an expensive car vs remodeling/rebuilding your home. President Trump will use debt wisely. He’s a business man after all.

I’ve lost count of the days. I guess that’s the sign I’ve been looking for that means this has become a lifestyle change. I’ve switched over from nonstick to cast iron. Cast iron gives the meat that extra little crunch I’ve been missing. #Carnivore #Carnivorediet

My 53rd day on the carnivore diet. Prior to this, I would be in constant pain due to arthritis and gout. Now I can train 6 days a week pain free. I’ve learned what items I can reincorporate into my gut without issues. I love onions, so I add those in whenever I can.
