متوجه نشدم این رقم ۸ میلیارد کیلووات تلفات در کجاست، اما بایستی توجه داشت که ۵ برابر این رقم فقط تلفات برق در شبکه فرسوده انتقال و توزیع هست؛ معادل ۱۳ درصد برق تولیدی کشور یا ۴۰ میلیارد کیلووات ساعت که اون هم معادل ۴۰ درصد از کل مصرف برق خانوارهای ایرانی هست
