My fast went for 35hrs, my boyfriend forced me to eat :( love him tho. I’ve started again with the plan to do 24hrs and eat dinner. I’m currently kinda just having dinner + a treat. Seems like it’s working rn so I may continue this

Based on cals I’ve had recently, I probs gained 0.2 idk I’m bloated cuz I’m lactose intolerant and I’ve been eating big meals. I may weight after the laxatives take effect tomorrow
