These demonstrations with the Tesla Semi have provided great product feedback on how to make the best class 8 truck while also showing customers how it can fit in their operations. Thanks to Martin Brower and our other very patient customers for working with us to test, develop, and refine the Semi. Keep an eye out for them on the road! martinbrower.com/newsroom/marti…
@danWpriestley Thanks for sharing Let's pump the semis out ASAP 💪
@danWpriestley The question is, will they have to continue to be patient for another 5 or more years?? 😳
@danWpriestley When will the production be at full speed ?
@danWpriestley That’s encouraging, but it sounds like the Semi is not about to enter the volume production phase anytime soon.
Hey @danWpriestley. I plead with you. What is happening with the Semi program? Why hasn't this ramped up yet? You've had so many pilot programs it's starting to feel like movie re-runs at this point. "Tesla semi spotted" no longer rings of excitement, people are starting to expect this will never scale. What are the limiting factors? I don't even what to know timelines, I just want to know what are the gates that need to be passed to get this thing ramped to 50,000 a year? DM Elon, ask him if you can break NDA just this once. I honestly just need to stop hearing about Tesla science projects that just end up not going anywhere.
@danWpriestley I can't wait to get one! Sure hope the charging network starts soon.
@danWpriestley I would love 2 b a NW Tesla Semi guinea pig. Truck 4 $200k, 1mm bat warranty, included charger (I believe a L2 SC could charge 0%-100% in 12hrs. I'd even help train fsd to replace me in 10yrs. Lol. Can't wait 2 prove it's better than diesel!
@danWpriestley Sounds like great reviews from them, Martin Brower is set to test some Nikola H2 FCEV tractors in Canada later this year as well, I wonder if they’re planning on implementing the Tesla Semi into their Canadian operations as well and vice versa for the H2 trucks in California
@danWpriestley @CPAinNYC have they actually sold any of the semi trucks outside of to Pepsi ?
