In my experience, if you want to make over $300k per year as an employee you have two options 1. Get stock options in the company or 2. Get a profit sharing agreement. If these are not possible and you want to make more you should figure out a way to start your own business.

Business names mean absolutely nothing. Chat GPT is an awful name - so is Starbucks, Chick-fil-A etc. Sell a great product and provide great customer service. Don’t waste time on the rest.

If someone tries to negotiate the terms of an NDA, consider it a red flag. In my experience, those who push back on NDAs often end up violating the agreement or competing unfairly. Proceed with caution.
