Listening to Gensler and it's clear he is laying down the hardest case he can for regulation of digital assets. But my view is that he will likely get his way that most are going to be classified as securities but with a wholesale change to what that means 1/

Worst thing about crypto is when even smart people with huge following are doing uneducated strong conclusions about topics they don't know shit about just bc they were right few times before so they can't make any flaw in their thinking process right? you could see it in cases>>

I'm disappointed with how weakly the crypto industry mobilized around the amendments in the infrastructure bill. This legislation would have catastrophic effects on innovators in crypto. Beyond the heroic efforts of @coincenter and @BlockchainAssn, coordination was weak. (1/5)

Financial life lessons I wish I learned earlier in life. Mind the downside risk. Lose 20% you have to make 25% to get back to even. Lose 50% you have to make 100% to get back to even. Feeling a bit of a thread here.

Unfortunately this is just blatantly misleading. Understand the mechanisms of these pools and the flywheels that act equally on the way up and down, or risk getting misled into buying the top.

Will be interesting to see what extrapolated defi P/E's look like in a few weeks if eth chain remains low-activity Would argue a week ago things looked "cheap" because you were taking peak volumes/originations/lending and then assuming that would last a full year
