I think yesterday was the luckiest day Ive had. *Picked 2 horses for the Grand National and they came 1st and 2nd. So won 50 quid. *Went bowling with my fiancee stuck a 10r in a puggie and hit the jackpot and walked out with 150 quid. ..wut..?

Week 8 - Ive lost another 4lbs and we are 1lbs off losing 2 stone since we started again on the 19th Feb. Very happy with where I am at the moment interms of progress. I am keeping to a consistent diet. Staying under my calories, eating clean. Lets. Go!!!!

Week 7 - Lost another 3lbs this week and 34 days off alcohol. Eating so much cleaner, it's crazy how much weight burns without eating any crap. Just full clean eating. 1lb away from that what we reached before. Man, honestly proud of myself. It's the little things eh? Let's go!!

So done my weekly Saturday weigh in and managed to lose nearly 4lbs, weight is shredding off, i thought I would give my progress from when I did originally start in may. Annoyed i gained what i did. But week by week man, we'll get there. Lets. Go!!! 🔥
