Day 48 of building my first mobile app: Testing trials, free / pro version and payments. A lot of work involved in getting this right. Probably another 4 days before this will be ready. Then it’s onto marketing full time.
Finding RevenueCat / paywall setup very tedious. Anyone else at this stage in their app development?
Day 46 of building my first mobile app: Aiming to get the paywall and onboarding finished by the end of the week. It’s the trickiest bit of dev work yet but needs to be done.

Day 45 of building my first mobile app: v1.4.0 of FlowRoll is live and it looks pretty good. Added new screenshots that will help with App store conversions. Going to be looking at building a paywall this week.
Day 43 of building my first mobile app: Close to completing v1.4.0 of FlowRoll. - Import your BJJ techniques from your own notes with AI. - Technique node graph for visualising your skills and progress. Need to make new App Store screenshots tomorrow and I am dreading it
Day 42 of building my first mobile app: Had a FlowRoll user message me on Instagram! Hopefully it’s the first of many.
Day 41 of building my first mobile app: 3 hours of fixing bugs and improving the app. Downloads are slowly growing too.
Day 40 of building my first mobile app: Built a graph to visualise your BJJ techniques and how they are linked. I’m thinking it’ll be a good feature to make market and make reels of because it’s eye catching.
Day 39 of building my first mobile app: Took a few days off😅 Back on the wagon now though. Have a list of features to release this week then I’m going to go full time on marketing this jiu jitsu app.
Day 34 of building my first mobile app: The coffee hit good and I got a decent chunk of dev work done this morning. I want to get the most important dev work done asap so I can fully focus on marketing for a few weeks. Finding it hard to balance both.
Day 33 of building my first mobile app: Swamped in work made no progress on the app today. Tomorrow’s a new day.

Day 30 of building my first mobile app: Batch made a bunch of reels today for Instagram. Still figuring what works and what doesn’t. It’s gonna be a while before I get the hang of consistently creating content that gets views.

Day 28 of building my first mobile app: Not much to report. Feel like I’m in the boring phase after the excitement of starting a project has worn off. Just need to stay consistent now with development and marketing even when results are coming very slow.
